OVER 100 CONTEMPORARY ARTISTS IN CARLO RAMBALDI’S CREATIVE CONSTELLATION

As part of the international celebrations honoring Carlo Rambaldi, the Carlo Rambaldi Cultural Foundation presents UNITED IN ART – 100 STARS | RAMBALDI’S ORBIT, an international exhibition project bringing together more than one hundred artists, artistic languages, and contemporary visions at Sparks Gallery in San Diego.

Curated by Daniela Rambaldi and Simona HeArt, with Jo Champa as patron of the 2026 edition, “United in Art” is founded on a clear principle: to create opportunities, connections, and international visibility for contemporary artists, bringing them together within a cultural constellation that amplifies their individual identities.

UNDER THE RAMBALDI CONSTELLATION

The concept of “Rambaldi’s Orbit” captures the spirit of the project.

Each artist is a star with their own light, language, and story. Together, more than one hundred creative journeys form a constellation in which Carlo Rambaldi’s legacy becomes a meeting point between memory and the future.

A three-time Academy Award winner and the creator of characters that have become part of the world’s collective imagination, Rambaldi demonstrated how an artistic intuition can transcend disciplines, borders, and generations.

It is precisely this ability to make imagination visible that “United in Art” seeks to bring to today’s artists.

The Foundation thus chooses to transform the power of an internationally recognized legacy into a means of embracing contemporary art: not only celebrating what Carlo Rambaldi represented, but using his light to kindle others.

“United in Art” aims to offer artists an international space where they can be seen, their stories can be told, and connections can be forged with new audiences, collectors, institutions, and cultural organizations.The concept of “Rambaldi’s Orbit” captures the spirit of the project.

THE CARLO RAMBALDI AWARD

The 2026 edition also marks the launch of the “Carlo Rambaldi Award – United in Art 100 Stars,” an award dedicated to creativity, artistic exploration, and the ability to turn a vision into something tangible.

The “Carlo Rambaldi Award” is a work of art in its own right. Created by artist Luca Fronzoni, it embodies the curators’ vision and will accompany the “United in Art” project, conceived as a biennial event.

UNITED IN ART: FROM MEMORY TO THE FUTURE

“United in Art” aspires to be more than a group exhibition: it seeks to become a cultural platform and an international artistic community.

Painting, sculpture, photography, digital art, and diverse forms of contemporary expression coexist while retaining their individual identities.

Because a constellation exists only through the light of its individual stars.

And this is precisely why Rambaldi’s Orbit was born: to place a great cultural legacy at the service of contemporary creativity, creating new connections between art, talent, and the future.
