My Journey between Reason and Color
I was born in Chieri, in the Piedmont hills, and for many years I have called Arese, just outside Milan, home. Life intertwined my destiny with that of Luisa when we were still kids, and today our love is reflected in the serene gaze of our son Andrea, who with Valentina has shaped a new chapter in our story.
My journey has been like a river that flows between two banks: on one side, ingenuity, technology, business; on the other, intuition, form, color. I founded a communications and CRM company that, having grown over time, now breathes in four European countries.
But inside me, from the beginning, another voice lived. A voice made of silences, of glances stolen from the light, of emotions that asked to be put on the canvas.
There is a subtle grace in moving from a spreadsheet to a blank canvas, from a strategy to a decisive stroke of the spatula. It is in this alternation that I found my harmony.
A balance between structure and dream, between duty and desire.
A conscripted Carabiniere and then a graduate in Information Science under the guidance of professors Giovanni Degli Antoni and Giorgio Valle, I experienced the explosion of the digital world as a privileged witness.
But it was on the day of my sixtieth birthday that something ignited: a box of oil colors, donated by my children, opened a door. From there, I began to attend the course of the master Massimo Fontanini at the Atelier Crespi in Brera.
I have exhibited in collective art exhibitions in Ravenna, Venice, Genoa, Lucca, Milan, Lamezia Terme, Barcelona in Spain and at the Culture Lab LIC in New York. And perhaps it is precisely in this fusion — between business and art, between mind and heart — that I have finally found my true voice.
